ACT3 Information

As a team of Organisational Psychologists and Research Associates, we apply the latest research in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to deliver evidence-based workplace training programs, workshops, coaching and talks. We support organisations to embed a more proactive approach to employee mental health and well-being, to enrich the employee experience, improve personal resilience and effectiveness. ACT is delivered as a skills based program rather than therapy and we have delivered training as part of well-being initiatives and also as part of leadership and personal development programs. The training has been delivered to teams that are experiencing significant change with the aim of helping employees cope with the inevitable stress and uncertainty of change. Training, talks and workshops have been delivered to a wide range of organisation ranging from finance and scientific teams within global multinationals to barristers, and professional dancers as part of career development programs.
