ACT Inspired Behavior Coaching Information

As a behavior analyst, I offer coaching to individuals who want to spark meaningful change in their work & life. I use the frameworks of Acceptance and Commitment Training and Applied Behavior Analysis to help others to create a happier, healthier life. Services provided: -Private coaching: In our 1:1 coaching sessions, I will empower you to align your values, build habits, & establish core routines to attain your goals in work life balance. -Group workshops: In my free workshops, I will teach you how to pivot toward work-life balance, stress relief, and self-care. -Family Consultation: I provide targeted in-home coaching to families whose children engage in challenging behaviors which impede their quality of life. I work with families seeking in-home parent coaching but who may be on a waitlist for ABA services.
