We've come a long way since 2003. Today, we're one of the biggest software services providers with local roots and international reach. In February 2023, the company was acquired by the digital engineering leader GlobalLogic, part of the Japanese conglomerate Hitachi, so today, we operate as a subsidiary of GlobalLogic in Romania until the complete absorption.
