ACR Group d.o.o. was established 2023 as the mother company of all eight subsidiaries. ACR Mobile was found in 2009 in Belgrade, Serbia as a first company in ACR Group. Company get name with permission of ACR office in Switzerland (www.acr.eu) as independent and privately held company in Serbia. At the start, company distributed MIO PND, Zenec integrated car GPS and Cellular Line phone accessories. After few months company get contract for Acer, Sonim and General mobile - mobile phones. Main contract company get was in November 2011, when company get distribution for Alcatel OneTouch phones. From 2011-2013 company had 1100% growth in turnover and was awarded as excellent SME from Chamber of commerce and industry of Serbia and COFACE credit reporting house. In 2014 ACR opened subsidiary in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina where started deliveries to m:tel, biggest operator in Republika Srpska, and have a plan to open offices in Montenegro and Macedonia. Company main business is Alcatel One Touch mobile phones, tablets and accessories with 16% market share in Serbia and position No.2 in 2014. Main customers company have business with are: Telekom Serbia, VIP Mobile, Telenor, Handy, Metro C&C, Gigatron, CT Retial, Win Win, Tehnomanija, Big Bang and a group with more than 400 active small retailers buying on daily basis. Company also have automotive division where distribute Zenec as ACR brand, Caska, Viper with main customers Honda, Skoda, and VW.
