Thank you for visiting our website and welcome to the Lighthouse school. School life may look different this year, but our role as educators, guiding and nurturing our students to establish skills that allow them to live life as happy, healthy, resilient citizens, able to make informed decisions in a rapidly changing world, has not changed. As Principal of the Lighthouse school, I am in the very privileged position of seeing our students go from strength to strength each term, supported by a team of excellent Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Pastoral staff. Our staff are gifted in building climates where students feel safe to take on challenges, student engagement high, and a love of learning deepens each day. I have enjoyed celebrating the successes of our students this year, as I do each year, and acknowledge the hard work of our staff, through one of the most difficult periods of time in the history of education.
