Since 1999, Acordia Homes has been designing and building custom homes here in Colorado Springs and Northern El Paso county. We are a small service oriented low volume builder placing a high priority on customer satisfaction and the relationship between builder and client. When you build with us you get a senior level Project Manager who you can consider your personal construction concierge readily accessible to you and your guide and assistant through what can otherwise be a frustrating process. That Project Manager will also be a consistent presence on your job site ensuring that high level of satisfaction that everyone envisions when having their home built.
