ACLVB Information

SYNOVA is one of the three representative trade union organizations in Belgium, with 300,000 members, approximately 650 staff members, and more than 5,000 representatives. As a trade union, we put people first and prioritize a local approach. Our values—freedom, solidarity, responsibility, and tolerance—form the four pillars of our philosophy. Being a trade union that prioritizes freedom, we do not dictate choices, but rather provide ideas and solutions to members, activists, and representatives. We do all of this in a politically independent manner.
