I founded ACL Search after 25 years in retained executive search with clear convictions: recruiting executives or senior managers should accelerate your business and not rely on a biased process (the "wow effect"). My role is to bring method, evidence and pace to key executive and board hires in France, Benelux, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. Ma in industries served: technology, consulting, e-commerce, financial services, private equity, etc. I have long been familiar with these markets and roles and have witnessed their transformation – often accelerated by technology – while helping my clients recruit the leaders who have supported their transformations.
