ACIC CBIT Foundation Information

Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) at NITI Aayog, Govt. of India is mandated to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in the country. AIM has selected a number of institutions for supporting them in establishing the Atal Community Innovation Centers (ACICs). CBIT has been selected from Telangana by AIM and received approval for the establishment of ACIC at Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology (CBIT) Campus. ACIC-CBIT Research and Entrepreneurship Foundation, a registered section 8 company, is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to create a formal approach to identify, build, and nurture sustainable communities through Innovation. ACIC-CBIT provides requisite infrastructure and resources for innovators in the unserved / underserved regions. ACIC-CBIT aligns their activities to engage a large number of grassroot innovators, communities, students and academicians in various innovation and entrepreneurship related activities such as ideation, Problem solving, Proof of Concept development, Design Thinking, IPR etc. The ACIC-CBIT will connect with other stakeholders at various platforms to accelerate the implementation of the activities under ACIC-CBIT.
