Our nutrition services include sports performance nutrition (we help athletes with daily fueling, pre, during and post competition fuel, and recovery nutrition), wellness nutrition (we help clients achieve optimal body fat percent, improve energy, prevent disease, and fuel their activity) , medical nutrition therapy (we help our patients control and/or reverse type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and heart disease, along with nutrition for cancer, IBS, IBD, food allergies, kidney disease, disordered eating and many other health issues) meal planning (we provide weekly menus with recipes and grocery lists), in home meal prep (our dietitians give the chef your nutrition plan and they shop, cook, portion your meals, clean up and leave your food in your fridge), and metabolic testing (VO2max helps you know how fit your heart is, training zones, and calorie burn accurate to you, RMR testing helps you know how many calories you burn at rest and if you are a carb burner or fat burner).
