A multi-tiered mural saluting physicians and military veterans tells the history of the ACES Museum Honoring Black & Minority World War II Veterans & Their Families. On the third floor is Parker Hall, a uniquely preserved fully functioning USO (United Service Organizations)-type center for black soldiers and their families during World War II. The Hall includes its original, fully-restored piano and stage, where swing bands and popular acts during the 1940s.
