We know that the future begins on what we built today. For this reason and because of the passion that drives us, we have been promoting education for more than 60 years. Our history begins in 1960 when Santillana began its journey with the development of books, literacy and vocational training materials, as well as children's and young people's books. These were years in which the main challenge was to spread literacy and Santillana contributed to achieving this. Always with the idea of promoting learning and the development of people. From January 2021 we belong to Sanoma Learning, a leading education group in Europe. Sanoma and Santillana combine their resources to shape the future of education.
