Ace Machine, Inc. is a precision CNC machining shop in Florence, Kentucky, 15 minutes from CVG airport. Since 2007 we have specialized in turned work for rotating power transmission components: shafts, hubs, gears, sprockets, couplings, machine components, and pulleys, especially parts that also need balancing or internal keyway broaching. Services: CNC turning – round parts from 3/8" to 24" diameter, including bar-feed lathes with live tooling for complete parts in one setup CNC milling – milling, slotting, drilling, and tapping in a work envelope up to 84" x 32" x 30"; prototypes, functional test parts, and short-run production Balancing – rotors, fans, turbines, disc brakes, propellers, and other rotating assemblies Internal keyway broaching and keyseating Wire EDM We are built for fast, low-volume, high-precision work. Our leadership team brings more than 60 years of machining experience and regularly helps customers solve manufacturing problems, including reverse engineering existing parts. Buyers and engineers are welcome to send drawings for a manufacturability review; if we are not the right source for a job, we will say so and point you to one.
