ACE GmbH Information

ACE GmbH's origins lie at EADS Dornier Luftfahrt GmbH. Fibre composite materials were in use at Dornier for the aerospace sector from an early stage and were introduced to the fields of automotive and mechanical engineering from 1994 onwards. With this background, we now have 30 years of continuous and comprehensive experience in the development of lightweight structures for the aerospace industry, as well as automotive and mechanical engineering applications. ACE is a member of CFK Valley and Carbon Composites. We offer the following services with regard to FRP lightweight structures both as an overall package and as individual services: - Conception and design - Dimensioning and simulation - Material and process development - Tool and equipment design - Manufacture of prototypes and series - Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) - Repairs and recycling We work with all commercially available fibre composite materials, such as carbon, glass and Aramid fibres (etc.). Our customers are active in the following sectors: - Automotive - Aerospace - Industry (railway and mechanical engineering)
