ACDCForYou is home to Launch Into Design, Australia’s only neurodiversity affirming creative employment pathway for young artists, illustrators, designers, writers, musicians and digital creators. We are the only NDIS provider in Australia offering paid supported employment at SCHADS Award rates, ensuring neurodivergent young people can build real careers with real wages in creative industries. We support neurodivergent young adults aged 16–30+ through pre employment and inclusive employment pathways that honour each person’s strengths, communication style, sensory needs and learning preferences. Our programs create clear, achievable steps into meaningful work by combining practical skill building, workplace experience, and individualised coaching. We focus on confidence, capability and long term employability. Participants learn through hands on tasks, structured support and real workplace expectations, without the pressure, overwhelm or one size fits all approach of mainstream employment services.
