Both the partners Kris Deroo and Frederick De Sloover have extensive recruitment and management experience. Initially ACCUMEN was a spin-off of a Benelux niche-market recruitment business, established in Belgium in 1992). The company quickly established itself as a dynamic recruitment partner for many key organizations, helping to set new standards within the Benelux and later on an EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) recruitment industry. From the start Accumen's strategy was to focus on the delivery of qualitative candidates and this fitted perfectly with the rising market demand for specialist recruitment services.
