Accu-Turn, Inc. is a full service machine shop equipped with 3 turning centers, 6 machining centers, 1 cold saw, 1 CNC cut-off saw and other supporting equipment. You can view or print a complete list of in-house equipment from our Equipment page. One of Accu-Turn's many capabilities as a full-service machine shop is to serve our customers as a one-stop shop. If we do not have the equipment to complete the entire project in house, we have quality suppliers for most types of work. From aluminum, sand, die, and permanent mold castings to welding, plating, and stamping -our customers can place just one purchase order. Accu-Turn provides flexibility through our capability to produce one-piece prototypes, large runs, or whatever size run that meets our customers' requirements. With easy access to highway and airways, we can ship to meet your JIT schedule or hold parts in our secure, onsite warehouse. Accu-Turn's machine shop has a full-service quality control department. All inspection equipment, including a coordinate measuring machine, thread gages, various calipers, micrometers and pin gauges are sent out for certified calibration. Routing sheets are assigned to every job following the job through our machine shop. These routing sheets inform the operator what needs to be inspected, how often, frequency during a run. In addition, our quality department makes spot checks on the floor to ensure the job is running to print. The Accu-Turn staff is ready and willing to serve you with personal attention.
