AccTech Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a 100% citizen-owned business technology company based in Gaborone, providing ERP, payroll, cloud and digital transformation services since 2009. We implement and support Sage, Acumatica, PaySpace and Microsoft solutions for organisations across Botswana — from initial deployment through to long-term managed support — led by directors who have worked in the country's software industry since the late 1980s. As the Botswana affiliate of the JSE-listed 4Sight group, we combine local, on-the-ground decision-making with the depth of a multinational technology alliance spanning Botswana, Zambia, eSwatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Uganda and Kenya. Through our cloud division, Replic8 Cloud Services — Botswana's first local Sage Cloud provider — implementation, hosting and support all sit under one accountable roof. We invest in Botswana consultants and developers rather than importing skills, certifying our local bench on Sage, Acumatica, PaySpace and Microsoft platforms so expertise stays and compounds in-country.
