Accredence Information

Accredence is focused on serving small to mid-sized businesses, including investment advisers, broker/dealers, and funds, by providing business, legal, and compliance advisory services and solutions. Accredence advises clients across a variety of industries including financial services, solar, insurance, health care, real estate, consumer products, e-commerce, interior design, and fashion. Among other things, Accredence can: · advise with respect to legal affairs, securities, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, strategic development, employment, corporate reporting, and corporate governance; · assist in structuring transactions, including public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations; · identify and analyze legal issues, drafting key documents, and presenting recommendations; · provide compliance guidance and advice to investment advisers, broker/dealers, and funds; · prepare regulatory filings, including registration statements (N-1A, N-2, N-14, 10, and S-11), proxy statements, Forms 40-8F-2, 24F-2, N-CSR, N-Q, N-SAR, N-PX, ADV, 3, 4, 5, 8-A, 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K, and Schedules 13D and 13F, and related regulatory correspondence; and · compose, organize, and review corporate records, including consents and minutes.
