AccountScore is a business-to-business service which makes consumer bank transaction data available to AccountScore clients on their new applicants and/or existing customers. This data (after deep analysis, pattern recognition and categorisation) offers a holistic and up-to-date picture of each customer’s financial position, lifestyle and existing commitments - enabling you to make smarter lending decisions. Affordability Assessment • Calculate disposable income accurately. • Understand whether a customer’s financial position is improving or worsening • Defensible affordability calculation - prove in retrospect that the right level of care was taken • Make credit line adjustments proactively or reactively using the most recent data Credit Quality Assessment and Fraud Prevention • Build predictive scorecards based upon vendors, categories and keywords • Identify and understand your customer’s debit card usage and whether that customer is likely to cancel their card • See whether other lines of credit have been taken out, and whether or not these have been repaid Repayment Management • Check before repayments are taken that the customer can afford them based upon the most recent account information available • Identify where a customer has had a change of circumstance and may be on the brink of financial hardship Account Management • Know when a customer has taken on new credit commitments, missed a payment or changed salary or employer • Receive alerts on changes in your customer’s circumstances or the occurrence of red flag events
