Accounting Baba is a recruitment agency founded in 2018 by CA Ketul Patel. We recruit accountants, finance professionals and sales and marketing staff for employers in the UAE, the Gulf and India. How we are different: tell us the companies you want people from, including your competitors, and we approach candidates working there. About 80% of our clients hire candidates who already live and work locally. Every shortlisted profile is interviewed by our team and reviewed by a Chartered Accountant. This is a paid service. The fee is one month's salary (CTC) of the candidate you hire, plus applicable taxes. A service charge per job opening is paid before we start and is adjusted against that fee: AED 1,000 in the UAE, USD 250 in other Gulf countries, ₹5,000 in India. You receive 3 to 5 profiles within 7 working days of the service charge, with a 90-day replacement guarantee.
