Private Equity Firm. Accordo funds invest into fast-developing private companies, real estate and liquid publicly traded stocks. We currently have two funds (Accordo Fund 1 & 2), one is fully invested and the other is investing. These funds are primarily dedicated to investing in project development and the Hospitality industry in the Colombian market. Future funds will expand into other industries especially manufacturing, technology, and services. Our vision is to bring smart United States and European capital to Colombia to take advantage of the superb fundamentals and first-to-market advantage. This country is a solid democracy and a fantastic investment opportunity suffering only of one thing: bad PR problem.
