Access UK, provides a comprehensive and bespoke careers support service for 16-30 year olds, with a particular emphasis on service users from the Black and Minority Ethnic community. We work closely with partner organisations and employers, to refer our clients for additional specialist support and opportunities. Access UK also offers solutions for gang members and youth offenders, applying innovative interventions that are designed to positively affect behaviour and mindset. Our ultimate aim is to reverse the 50% unemployment rate amongstBMEyouth, across the UK. We aim to achieve our objectives through the delivery of innovative services, that are tailored to the needs of the service user. Access UK provides realistic and credible solutions, to tackle barriers faced byBME jobseekers, in the labour market.
