Access is an award winning training provider, based in Gateshead, and operating throughout the north east region. Access helps businesses to develop and grow; young people to start and develop careers; and adult workers to up-skill and improve their performance. Access delivers a range of training programmes from short courses, NVQs (2-5) and apprenticeships, to bespoke provision for employers. In the 2012 national, independent FE Choices survey that measures the performance of training providers, Access Training customers scored the firm a satisfaction score of 8.4 out of 10 – which makes Access one of the best in the country by topping the national average of 8.1. Access also scored better than the majority of its regional competitors in the independent survey. The company has been delivering training programmes for employers and individuals for over 30 years and prides itself on its many long standing client relationships.
