Access Generation CIC Information

Access Generation CIC is a social enterprise that encourages organisations to employ inexperienced young people. Our purpose is to empower employers to attract the next generation. We provide straight-forward practical guidance based on our conversations with young people and business to make the process of applying for jobs supportive and accessible. We give free guidance online via our blogs and webinars and run training workshops for businesses. We also have an Access Generation Accreditation which is an auditable assessment designed and delivered by young people to recognise employers who have an accessible and supportive job application process and those who understand what young people are looking for from an employer.
