Founded in January of 2005, Access Carroll, Inc., is a nonprofit organization, offering free health care to uninsured, low-income residents of Carroll County, Maryland who meet certain eligibility requirements. Primary medical care is provided by volunteer physicians, nurses and other experienced medical professionals.
