Accept Information

Accept is a mental health service established on the ideas of person-centeredness and accessibility in seeking support. It was founded by colleagues and friends, Nikita and Vidushi, who had a shared vision to normalize conversations around mental health within the Indian landscape. They wanted to actualize this vision by making support accessible to people by providing a safe space to discover, undo, learn patterns or explore strengths in therapy, sharing ways to become an ally outside of it, or simply offering an enduring understanding of well-being. As Clinical Psychologists and mental health advocates, both Nikita and Vidushi offer services such as individual, couples and family therapy, skills training workshops, psychological assessments and one-on-one sessions focused on developing psychological toolkits outside of therapy. They also make themselves available to students and professionals who are looking to explore possible paths in the field of mental health.
