Accent Aware Information

Accent Aware is a professional training company dedicated to assisting international professionals who want to communicate more effectively in American English. Our goal is to facilitate clear communication by helping individuals improve their speaking skills for personal and professional growth. We focus on clear speech and accurate usage of American English in business, medical and educational environments. Cultural diversity is held in the highest regard at Accent Aware. Our priority is never to eliminate an individual's accent or to detract from his or her heritage. All of our training programs are conducted within an atmosphere of respect for all cultures and nations of origin. Accent Aware programs are designed for those whose first language is not English as well as for North American speakers who wish to reduce regional accents or dialects. We are located in the western suburbs of Chicago and conduct training at our Burr Ridge office or on site for organizations. For the convenience of our clients our instructors will travel to Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
