Accelerus is a results-driven advisory firm who focus on rapidly improving the performance of businesses. Since our formation in 2013, we've worked with over 100 clients in a wide variety of markets. Our main objective is to understand a clients challenges, then to create and deliver improvement programmes against these. Our depth and breadth of experience enables us to do this at pace, whilst taking the client on the journey together. One of our key focuses is the ongoing sustainability of our improvement programmes. Our team is drawn from senior business leaders, all of whom have had first-hand experience of managing change in many different organisations and sectors during the ups and downs of the business lifecycle.
