Acceleron is the largest privately held Electron beam and Laser businesses in North America. Occupying two buildings totaling forty-five thousand square feet, they operate two shifts, with approximately thirty-six employees. Their Electron Beam facility has fifteen Electron Beam welding machines, and their Laser facility operates Laser cutting, welding, drilling and marking machines. Acceleron has been in business over forty years, are Nadcap Certified, serving over three hundred customers, working in Aerospace, Medical, Semiconductor, Commercial and Defense industries. Focusing on LEAN initiatives, Acceleron continues to improve "Accelerated Response" (quick turn time) as their innovative objective.
