Our coaching philosophy embodies four pillars: Human Wholeness, Cultural Competence, Creative Solutions, and Invigorative Leadership. The Academy of Creative Coaching was founded by Dr. Pamela Larde in 2013 with the vision to develop a program with the quality and integrity of an evidence-based curriculum and a life transformation experience that reflects the true power of coaching.
