The Harris Federation Teaching School Alliance is the professional development centre for the Harris Federation. We provide high-quality training that is facilitated by experienced school leaders, who have exemplary records in leading successful school improvement, and improving outcomes for their students. Our highly practical training and support programmes are available to all schools and academies, not just to Harris Federation staff. The Harris Federation has a proven track record of transforming underperformance rapidly, with 20 of our secondary academies all rated as 'good' or 'outstanding' and 75% rated 'outstanding' (Ofsted). The success we have had so far is a direct result of the talented and dedicated teachers, support staff and leadership teams we have in our Academies.

Welcome to Inspiration Trust - a multi-academy trust based in Norfolk and north Suffolk. We support a family of 18 academies, train more than 40 teachers a year and offer continuing professional development (CPD) courses to teachers across the region. We also spearhead Inspiration Teaching School and Angles Maths Hub. We believe that every child deserves an excellent education.
