AC3 is California's leading provider of specialized inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair services for facade access systems and crane equipment. We are the only company in the state holding both SIT-2 and CA-231 accreditations, uniquely qualifying us to serve all industries under one roof. From port infrastructure to high-rise building systems, AC3 delivers the experience, compliance, and reliability that keep people safe, operations running, and insurance carriers satisfied. As an accredited third-party certificating agency, AC3 issues official certificates of compliance upon completion of every inspection, giving building owners, equipment operators, and facility managers the documentation they need to stay in compliance. Our services include: - Annual inspection, pre-use maintenance, load testing, rebuilds, repairs, callouts, and installation of facade access systems including BMUs, powered platforms, anchors and catenary systems, and davit and socket systems. - Inspection, certification, maintenance, and proof load testing of mobile, overhead, gantry, and ship-to-shore cranes by Cal-OSHA approved surveyors operating under CA-231. - Dielectric testing of aerial access equipment, lifting links, and insulated booms. - NDT services: visual, magnetic particle, and ultrasonic testing of container cranes, RTG cranes, and other lifting apparatus. All NDT work is conducted by ASNT Level II certified inspectors and AWS CWI-qualified personnel, ensuring every inspection meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
