Cantera Collective is a Singapore-based hospitality group dedicated to creating distinctive restaurant concepts built on genuine hospitality, thoughtful experiences and memorable food. Founded in 2021 as AC Concepts, the group has grown from a single restaurant and hospitality consultancy into a collective of brands including Kulto, Barrio by Kulto, Humo, Cenzo, Chicco Trattoria, Il Toro Woodfire Grill and Casa Mori. Each concept is designed with its own identity, cuisine and character, while sharing a common philosophy: that great hospitality is about creating places where people feel welcome, connections are made and memorable experiences are shared. The name "Cantera" reflects the group's approach to building both its business and its people. In Spanish, 'cantera' refers to a quarry, where strong foundations are formed, and in football, to a club's youth academy, where talent is nurtured and developed. Together, these meanings embody Cantera Collective's belief that lasting success is built on strong foundations, continuous learning and investing in people.
