Headquartered in Carlsbad, California, a coastal city home to several of our beach resorts, the Grand Pacific Resorts team provides a memorable vacation experience to every guest at each property. Led by co-owners Timothy J. Stripe and David S. Brown, each with over 30 years of vacation ownership experience, Grand Pacific Resorts has purposefully grown a family of charming resorts through development and management partnerships in some of the most desirable locations, including California, Utah and Hawaii.
Global Resort Operations runs on three key principles and four core fundamentals. Through our fundamentals, our ultimate goal is to give our members, owners and guests memorable Vacations for Life® by enhancing customer journey throughout North America and Europe. We do this through our three key principles: Alignment, Teamwork and Trust.
We align our goals and deliverables, as well as the HOA Boards, resort teams, and corporate departments. Teamwork is created by working together and holding each other accountable for our commitments, and trust is built by the continual performance and reliability of team members.
