Confidence Builders was founded in 1994 by the mother/daughter team of Dorothy Lynn and Jessica Selasky. Dorothy Lynn passed away in 2013 after enjoying a rewarding and meaningful career. She started with the Presidents Association, a division of American Management Association, and she ended up co-founding Confidence Builders. She brought so much enthusiasm, knowledge, and fun to our company. She will be greatly missed, but her words and ideas will forever live on in our Confidence Builders programs.
