It brings together GBS leaders, provide strategic direction, foster networking and align with other ABSL Country Chapters to promote cross-European cooperation, collaboration & growth among the Shared Service Center (SSC), Global Business Service (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Research & Development (R&D) organizations.
