Appropriate disability guidelines will be applied to case review. Leaves will be monitored for patterns of abuse. We administer leave requests under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Company Leaves, Tracking Leaves, State Leaves, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA). Disability Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims will be reviewed and processed within the parameters of your disability plan.
