ABS Aviation provides contract management of airports and FBOs under some of the following scenarios: * Airport needs temporary management of the airport and/or FBO in the transition * Municipal airport seeks to reduce operating costs through the outsourcing of management and/or personnel * Airport operates the FBO and wants to outsource management in order to focus on airport operations and economic development, but still retain the FBO's revenues * Airport sponsor with insufficient personnel resources to operate the airport or FBO on a daily basis and desire to outsource management, but still retain revenues * Private FBO owner desires a change in management * Privately-held airports that need temporary airport and/or FBO management, or desire to outsource management services, but still retain revenues * Private FBO defaults and the lender or airport does not have the knowledge, experience, or time to operate FBO, yet needs a seamless transition without an interruption in services * Airport has previously been operated under a contract manager and wants to make a change
