About Thyme Our Story We tried finding our favorite Lebanese foods, and it just wasn't there. So we built it. About Thyme brings the flavors of Lebanon to the heart of Harvard Square with warm saj wraps, fresh labneh, and handcrafted drinks. Everything we serve is inspired by tradition, made fresh, and meant to bring people together. Founded in Summer 2026, we're building more than a “fast casual”, we're creating a place where great food and genuine hospitality meet.
