In 1988, John Tuttle, Sr. set out to create a company that would provide solutions for every business in Hampton Roads. While focusing on building relationships, and providing quality products and services, Total Business Solutions has grown from a home based business to being the #1 business solutions provider in Portsmouth, Va. After the success seen by Total Business Solutions, John Tuttle, Sr. and his wife, Cindy, set out to expand the company's business offerings. In 1999, Creative Business Services was purchased and the name was changed to Creative Business Solutions. The Tuttle’s goal was to add to the already existing solutions to create a product offering that would encompass everything a working business could possibly need. From an illuminated street sign, to the personalized logo floor mat, to the professional furniture within the office, to the paper clips that fill the drawers, Total Business Solutions and Creative Business Solutions provide a one stop shop for all of their customers.
