AIG is steadfast in our vision to engage in sustainable development to enable social and economic opportunities for Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory. We achieve this by investing Aboriginal money in projects and then using the returns to fund meaningful projects in remote Aboriginal communities. Our primary goal to create employment opportunities for people living on their traditional lands. Operating since 1988 we are an Aboriginal Corporation that is 100% Aboriginal owned and self funded. Our recent projects have been: *Project management Bagala Community Store build * Project management Wirib Community Store build *Business management of Bagala Community Store *Business management of Wirib Store and Tourism Park *Katherine housing project (revenue creating investment properties) *Project management Bradshaw workers camp (accommodation for Aboriginal workers) *Remote Laundries project (building and managing public laundries in remote Aboriginal communities) *Business support services (governance and bookkeeping support for Aboriginal corporations throughout the NT).
