ABO London offers an exclusive range of artistic luxury fashion and interior accessories ethically made in the UK. Every item from ABO London is an inspirational piece of wearable or decorative art created using high quality, eco-friendly natural fabrics. ABO London is a brain child of two Kazakhstan-born friends, Aliya Boranbayeva and Aizhan Bodanova. Inspired by the famous Silk Road which once connected the West and the East, they created ABO London brand in 2012, in an effort to unite the rich cultural heritage of Central Asia and the modern diverse dynamism of London. ABO London design prints are based on original, impressionist genre artwork by Aliya. She regularly exhibits in London and some of her artworks can be seen online at Saatchi Gallery. The products are designed and manufactured in England using environmentally friendly technological processes. ABO London has been recognised by the Ethical Fashion Forum, the industry body for sustainable fashion. ABO London became one of the finalists of SOURCE Awards 2012, the Global Awards for Sustainable Fashion as a One to Watch in the Innovation category. The British-Kazakh Society awarded ABO London with the 2013 Kazakh Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK prize.
