We’re Scope, the UK's leading disability equality charity, creating equal futures with disabled people. We campaign to transform attitudes to disability. We bring support services to disabled households and communities. We tackle injustice and inspire action. Together we dare the world, and employers, to think differently about disability. There are 16 million disabled people in the UK. And we want our potential to be recognised. We need a transformation in attitudes. We must address the extra costs we face. And we need to be recognised for the value we bring to the workplace.
