Ability Enterprises is a not-for-profit, social enterprise providing meaningful employment opportunities to marginalised individuals living in regional Queensland. Since 2012, we have worked alongside more than 320 people facing barriers to employment, whilst delivering quality and consistent service to their customers. Through strategic cross sector collaboration and corporate partnerships, we provide a social enterprise vehicle to support marginalised individuals to regain their confidence and increase their wellbeing via sustainable employment opportunities. Today, the social enterprise collectively employs over 80 people, with operations spanning across waste management, hospitality, maintenance, administration and cleaning industries.
