AbGenomics International Inc. (AbG), incorporated in Delaware in 2006 with its principal office in San Francisco Bay Area, California, is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company. AbGenomics is committed to developing innovative treatments and effective preventions for diseases through the advancement of our technology platform. Our lead candidate AbGn-168H/Neihulizumab has demonstrated proof of clinical efficacy in phase-II clinical trials for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis patients. In addition to psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, this innovative drug candidate has the potential to bring the game-changing benefit of long term drug-free remission to the patients with other immune-mediated diseases such as S-R acute graft versus host disease, type-I diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis. Another important asset of the company is our proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) technology. Our company has successfully developed a novel linker-payload platform that has been used for building a rich and competitive product pipeline by targeting a variety of tumors. In addition, a highly specific tumor recognition platform for the next generation of antitumor bispecific therapeutics is under development.
