ÅBEN is a brewery in motion, driven by both heart and ambition. A workplace where you can do your job as yourself, develop your skills, and contribute to something in the making. ÅBEN was founded on openness, from transparency in the brewing process and the beers themselves to welcoming creative partnerships and new ways of shaping experiences with beer. Today, ÅBEN has opened bars in Aarhus, Roskilde, and Copenhagen, and proudly initiates events like the electronic music festival O Days on Refshaleøen and ÅBEN's own beer festival, Kalas. ÅBEN is made up of +120 positive, brave, dedicated and proper people working across the brewery, the restaurant in Kødbyen, the office, festivals, and bars in Kødbyen, Carlsberg Byen, Aarhus, Roskilde and Nordhavn.
