Over the years we’ve developed close, trusting relationships with farmers and makers, whilst helping customers enjoy and understand sustainable, seasonal eating. We minimise food waste and unnecessary packaging – using boxes, not bags, since day one – and promote biodiversity and animal welfare alongside innovative, fair trade and organic farming. Our staff, like our customers and our suppliers, are extremely important to us.
