Welcome to Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program The Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Leadership Program aims to empower, develop, and educate future national young leaders with modern scientific tools and international best practices. The innovative program was launched in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in June 2013 and it is open to all GCC aged between 25 to 35 years old who hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree and have two years' work experience. The leadership program is designed to develop national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of the UAE and to graduate a highly competent national professional workforce to ensure the country's global sustainability, creating a pool of efficient and inspirational government leaders in the state who will significantly contribute to the sustained progress and development of the Gulf as a whole.
