Abbfab Services Ltd. was established in September 1992 to offer on-site fabrication, welding, installation of pipework and associated mechanical services to the process plant industry. Our scope of work covers the workshop fabrication and on-site installation of pipework (in various grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, ABS/UPVC, polypropylene, copper, nickel and most other alloys), access-ways, platforms, storage tanks and pressure vessels to British and American standards. Bespoke products such as pressure vessels, tanks and jacketed pipework are manufactured in our workshops to internationally recognised standards, such as PD5500, ASME VIII and EN13445. Contracts have included the manufacture of 40m3 reactor vessels, 25,000 litre and 12,500 litre pressure vessels. We offer a full quality assured package with materials traceability, weld maps, welders certification, radiography reports and pressure testing certificates etc. In accordance with our UKAS accredited ISO9001:2008 Quality Assurance system, whilst still maintaining our competitive prices. We provide Risk Assessments and Method Statements and our priority is always to conform to the relevant standards of Health, Safety and product care. Abbfab Services Ltd employ an experienced workforce with skills ranging from pipe fitters, coded welders and platers who provide excellent fabrication techniques and produce a quality product in our workshops. Together with qualified site teams, who are well equipped to plan and implement site fabrication and plant installation, working to very tight schedules, yet always upholding the commitment to quality. We are proud of our reputation for fast and reliable service and in particular we are renown for our efficient response in the area of mechanical breakdown and shut-down work. We have a well-established client base including many blue-chip companies in industrial gas, chemical and water industries. These companies use our services regularly and routinely for plant maintenance and project work alike and are happy to supply references on request as to our high standard of work.
